ZEDE of the Littoral has appointed Paquita Cucalón Echeverría as the new General Manager. Ms. Cucalón assumed the management responsibilities on February 16th, 2023, succeeding PhD María Luisa Granda Kuffó after five years in the position.

Paquita is a professional with extensive experience in management, corporate administration, and business relations. Her invaluable expertise in foreign trade, international certifications for operational controls, management of regulatory agency relationships, logistics, construction project development, and diverse teams make her a significant asset for the company.
