ZEDE del Litoral participated in sessions organized by the Municipal Public Company for Management and Competitiveness (EPICO) to enhance the economic development of Guayaquil. We supported the Science, Technology, and Innovation Plan (PCTI) process, collaborated with EPICO, ESPOL, ESPOL TECH, and BID to foster a culture of innovation and research for the city's economic growth.

The PCTI serves as a public policy instrument to implement actions and projects that contribute to job creation and the comprehensive economic transformation of the city by 2030.
